Winter Driving Advice from the Washington State Patrol

From the Washington State Patrol – Safe winter driving takes planning and caution, especially for roadside safety.

Olympia – On December 4, a Good Samaritan was struck and injured while exiting his SUV to check on the driver of a  rolled over semi-truck along Eastbound I-90 at mile post 81.

Cold Weather Tips for Pets

We all think about the temperature and what we need to keep our pets and ourselves warm, but there are a few things we also need to be aware of to keep our pets safe.other dog in snow

Don’t let pets drink water in driveways and roadways.  It might have antifreeze which can be deadly, even in small amounts.
