You can't really understand why this is happening to Timm, unless you understand the crazy fantasy that propels Thurston County management and Commissioners to do what they do to people. Their fantasy is very real to them--you should hear Commissioner Sandra Romero talk about it. Many more people will be hurt like Timm and his family, unless we force the Commissioners' office to treat everyone equally, and enforce their laws equally.
